Cancellations must be received by January 12, 2012 to qualify for a refund.

For lodging reservations, please call 1.800.THE.OMNI or 804.344.7000. Hotel reservations must be made by Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in order to receive the VAPGA discount of $135 plus tax. After this time, reservations will be made based
on space and rate availability.
